Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Krieo application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Software.

License

Krieo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Software for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Software, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

Our Applications

Krieo develops and distributes software across multiple platforms including Windows and Android. Our current applications include KrieoLink, Krieo Systems, Item Organizer, SA APS Calculator, Game Helpers, Dashcam, and Nine Cards & Thunee. Each application may have additional terms specific to its functionality.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within our applications. You agree to use our Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not use our Software to store, transmit, or process any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Software, including but not limited to designs, logos, code, graphics, and documentation, are owned by Krieo. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.

Data & Privacy

Your use of our Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Most of our applications store data locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or other causes beyond our control. We recommend regular backups of important data.

AI Features

Some of our applications include AI-powered features. AI-generated content and suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output.

Third-Party Services

Our Software may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Software is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krieo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Updates & Changes

We may update our Software and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Software at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
